A new campaign encourages employers in Hoosier State to talk to their employees about the possibility of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Indiana Chamber and the Wellness Council of Indiana say their “COVID stops here” campaign aims to celebrate employers who have high vaccination rates among employees while encouraging more Hoosiers to receive the vaccine.
“We strongly encourage employers across Indiana to talk to their staff about the need to get vaccinated and to follow up as more staff get vaccinated,” the House of Commons said. ‘Indiana. “Then when your workplace vaccination rate is at least 70% let us know! We’ll help you celebrate your success and use your success to encourage other employers to do the same. “
Through the campaign, workplaces that meet the requirements for a “COVID stops here” campaign designation will receive a media kit that will help promote that designation both in the workplace and in the community.
Different levels of achievement are available throughout the campaign. A workplace where 70% of employees are vaccinated would receive a “Bronze” designation, up to a “Platinum” designation, which is awarded in workplaces where 100% of staff are vaccinated.
